I went from a lawyer with a bad back and depression: two herniated discs, pain, malaise, a feeling of emptiness and loneliness. Massage helped me — and I immersed myself in this field.

You don't need to bring anything, but it's better to wear comfortable underwear — keeping in mind that oil may get on it.
Yes, of course. During the session I can offer tea and a comfortable place to wait.
It depends on the goal of the massage. If you need deep work, it's better after 3–4 hours, once the pump subsides; you can also come on rest days. Most importantly — don't get a massage before training: it greatly reduces the effect.
